Put on a morning tea, or leave a couple of boxes in the staffroom so educators have something waiting when they get a break. We make cupcakes, donuts, iced sugar cookies and brownies for the day, in bulk packs sized for a room team or a whole service.
When is Early Childhood Educators' Day 2026?
This year Educators' Day is on Wednesday 2 September. It's the first Wednesday of September every year, and this year's theme is The Future Starts With Us.
You don't have to run your event on the day itself. Plenty of centres hold their morning tea earlier in the week depending on who's rostered on. Read when is Early Childhood Educators' Day for the theme and ideas on what to run.
Early Childhood Educators' Day Donuts
Iced and sprinkled, with Educators' Day toppers through the box. They get noticed the moment the lid lifts. Melbourne delivery only.
Parents usually go for the brownie if they're thanking one person, or a box of cupcakes if they want the whole room covered. Most rooms have three or four educators, so something shareable saves anyone being left out.
Centres ordering for the team should work on at least one treat per staff member, plus a few spare. If you're not sure on numbers, message us and we'll work it out with you.
Our personalised range takes your logo, artwork or a photo of the children, printed onto edible toppers. Order the Personalised Cupcakes, Mini Cupcakes, Donuts or Cookies and upload your file at checkout.
You can add up to three images on cupcakes and one on the bigger items. We recommend checking your uploaded file as we don't make changes to the files uploaded.
Ordering for more than one centre
Use the Send to Multiple Recipients option on the product page or in your cart. Put in as many delivery addresses as you need and it goes through as one order.

Delivery and cut-offs
Melbourne. Same-day delivery on orders placed by 1PM. Pick your delivery date at checkout. Priority delivery is available for selected metro suburbs, which suits a drop-off before the centre opens.
Sydney and everywhere else. Next-day to metro areas, 1 to 3 business days regional. For anywhere outside the priority delivery suburbs, we recommend having it delivered the day before you need it.
Timing. Sugar cookies need 48 hours notice. We recommend ordering and booking in your delivery as soon as possible. There are several occasions happening in September and we will most likely sell out.
