If you’re still having issues, please contact us on our live chat so we can get your order sorted for you. We want to help you as quickly as we can - please let us know what you're trying to do, where on the site you're experiencing issues, and any error messages so we can guide you through.

Ordering is easy! Once you have selected the box you would like, add it to your cart. You'll see all the add-on options available pop up in a window. 

Once you are ready to checkout, go to your cart and select your delivery method. You can also add your free digital message on the cart page.

For Melbourne orders, select your desired delivery date and we'll deliver your gift on the day you selected. For orders outside of Melbourne, we'll dispatch orders placed before 2PM on the day you placed your order. Otherwise, orders will be dispatched the next business day.

Of course! We have spent months perfecting each box. We can only discuss customisation for orders over 10 boxes. Email us at: hello@goldelucks.com.au

If you need to order multiple boxes, you can contact us at hello@goldelucks.com.au and we can assist you putting one order through.

Due to the number of orders being sent out, we're not able to send photos to you.

We start baking your order as early as 1AM and start deliveries at 8AM. We're all about getting your order out as soon as possible and such requests may delay getting your order out on the road ASAP.

We understand the importance of your gift and we will always endeavour to decorate and pack your order as shown on our website.

If you need to download a PDF invoice for your business, you can find this in your confirmation email towards the bottom. 

There will be a link to download your invoice, which includes our ABN and other business details. 

If you're having trouble finding this, you can reach out to us and we can help send your invoice over.

We're here to help make your gifting experience easy. 

Melbourne: If you are ordering to a Melbourne address, you can put your postcode at checkout and select your delivery date. We will deliver it on this day. You can schedule your order up to 12 months in advance.

Rest of Australia: As our bakery is based in Melbourne, we generally dispatch your orders as they come in. If you need to schedule it for a future date, you can place your order on our website and respond to your confirmation email with your delivery date. Our team will help schedule this internally for you. 

We understand that plans can change and you might need to change your delivery date. 

In most instances, we are able to change your delivery date, however, we're unable to change your delivery date if: 

  • it is of the day of delivery 
  • your order is already out for delivery or dispatched 

If you need to update your delivery date, please notify us as soon as possible.

We process your order as soon as it is placed, so we cannot guarantee any changes. However, give us a call or email us at: hello@goldelucks.com.au to discuss. 

We need at least 48 hours notice for any changes. Please note that there may be an admin fee to re-route or make changes to your order.

We're here to sweeten people's day but we understand the frustration of not having your order delivered. 

Sometimes our couriers may have trouble delivering your order if:

  • no one was home and there was no where safe to leave it
  • the recipient has moved houses/business
  • the address is not correct
  • insufficient delivery information

Please reach out to us so we can investigate this further. 

Sometimes we might have to charge a re-delivery and re-make fee. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

We are really sorry that there's been a delay with your delivery and we will do everything we can to resolve this for you. 

Melbourne: 

We aim to complete our Melbourne deliveries by 6PM, however there may be instances where couriers may be held up in traffic or experiencing bad weather conditions and need a bit more time. 

On busier days such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day, there are many other businesses delivering gifts so traffic is generally heavy and we need a bit more time to get to your intended address. 

If it's getting late and you are concerned, please reach out to us so we can help look into your delivery further and contact our couriers for further updates. 

Rest of Australia: 

We work very closely with our couriers and we are really proud that we offer next business day delivery to metro suburbs and 1-3 business days to regional addresses Australia-wide. Just a gentle reminder that this timeframe does not include weekends or public holiday.

In the rare event that your delivery is delayed beyond the timeframes above, it will generally be delivered the following business day. However, if it doesn't arrive by the third day, please contact us so we can launch an investigation into your delivery. 

All of our national products are made to be delivered interstate. We package them so that they're sealed to help extend the shelf life and only use shelf-stable ingredients. 

As our couriers are not affiliated with Australia Post, we're unable to deliver to a PO Box. 

If you are a delivering to an address such as an apartment, we recommend checking with your recipient to make sure they are home to receive the gift. Otherwise, we highly recommend delivering to a business address, where we have the highest success rate.

We're sorry that you're having trouble finding your delivery. 

If you can't find your order, it is a good idea to check the following: 

  • Confirm that the delivery address is correct 
  • Check the side of your house - it may be left on the side of your house to be left unseen 
  • Left with neighbour - sometimes your order might be left with your neighbours if you're not home and there's no where safe to leave it
  • Left at reception, concierge or mailing room - this is common for businesses, schools and hospital addresses 
  • Taken to the post office - check your email and letterbox to see if our courier has left pickup instructions

If you're still having trouble finding your delivery after trying the above, contact us so we can look into this further for you. 

We totally understand that you may need your order delivered for an event or occasion. 

Melbourne orders

You can select your delivery window at checkout after entering your delivery details. We offer the following options: 

Standard: 9am - 6pm (if your address is a business, we will prioritise your delivery to be delivered within business hours) 

Priority: 8am - 2pm 

Afternoon: 12pm - 6pm

Rest of Australia 

As we work with external couriers to deliver your orders nation-wide, unfortunately we're unable to offer delivery window times. 

Our courier will deliver your order during business hours. If you require your delivery at a specific time, we recommend ordering so it gets delivered a day earlier. 

If you've left your gift to the last minute, we've got your back. 

Melbourne orders:

We offer same day delivery from Monday-Sunday. Place your orders before 2pm Monday - Friday and before 11am on Saturday and Sunday. Payments made after cut off times might be missed, please contact us on live chat to ensure your order is placed.

Rest of Australia: 

As we're based in Melbourne, we're not able to offer same day delivery outside of Melbourne metro but we do offer same day dispatch if you place your order on the website before 2pm. Please note that this option might not be available if we are sold out earlier.

Melbourne orders:

As we are based in Melbourne, we will bake, pack and deliver your order on the day you select at checkout. 

Rest of Australia:

We dispatch orders Mon - Fri. If you've placed your order before 2PM AEST, we'll dispatch it the same day.

ETA for metro suburbs is 1 business day and 1-3 business days to regional areas, excluding any courier delays. We work closely with our courier partners to monitor any delays and 98% of our orders are delivered within this timeframe. 

If you need to schedule your delivery for a future date, please contact us and we can help you schedule your order internally. 

Rest assured that all the products in our national range are packed air tight and have longer shelf life than our Melbourne only products.

Melbourne orders: 

Delivery starts from $14.95 but there are exceptions to some suburbs that are a bit more due to the distance of the delivery from our bakery. Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. 

Rest of Australia:

We can deliver to anywhere in Australia starting from $14.95.

In the rare event that your complete order was not received, please send us a photo or video of what was received to hello@goldelucks.com.au so that we can help investigate for you.

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation of order incurs a $20.00 administrative fee regardless of box value. Money will be refunded less this fee. If cancellation notice is received at less than 48 hour notice - cancellation is void.

Yes we are! We'll be taking a break on Christmas day but will still be operating every other day. All Melbourne deliveries will be sent out as per normal.

Our couriers unfortunately aren't operating from 25-28 December so we wouldn't be able to dispatch any orders outside of Melbourne.

Yes we are! We’ll be delivering gifts till 24th December for Melbourne deliveries, and dispatching boxes out till 20th December for orders outside of Melbourne. Please note that the date you select for orders outside of Melbourne is your date of dispatch. Please allow a few days for delivery. Orders within Melbourne will arrive on the date you select.  

Deliveries outside of Melbourne are usually overnight, but might take 3-5 business days to arrive if our couriers experience delays. Our products are baked fresh and shrink wrapped to extend its shelf life so that when it arrives at your recipient’s door, it’d be as fresh as it left us!

We'll be taking a short break for Christmas but our trading hours remain the same on days we're open. Our stores will be closed on these dates:

We are still delivering in Melbourne everyday except for Christmas Day.

You certainly can! We offer special discounts for orders of more than 5 boxes. Customisations including edible logo discs, custom branded messages, and branded syringes are also available for you to send out the most personal gift box.

Our national products are baked fresh and shrink wrapped to extend it's shelf life. Store the box in the fridge and warm up the baked goods and your gift box will taste as good as they were when they came out of our oven!
