  • The delivery fee is fixed at $12.95 and we only deliver up to from 30km CBD or 5km from our store locations.
  • Additional delivery fee may apply to large catering orders.
  • Cut off for orders is the day before- Melbourne: 4pm AEST.
  • We DO NOT do same-day orders through the website. Please call the office to organise.
  • We aim to have deliveries completed by 3pm with a buffer of 5pm and depending on traffic (you get tracking from the courier- check junk folder).
  • We currently do not deliver on weekends.
  • If your destination is a Business, Hospital, School/Uni or Apartment, you must include as much info as possible in the shipping details on the next page. e.g. unit number, company name, level number, hospital name (bed & ward number), school & university (building name, level, depart. etc.)
  • If the recipient isn’t home and the driver can’t get into the secured building, a re-delivery fee may occur.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Police Stations, Universities, Airports & some Gov Bases.
  • A specific delivery time cannot be requested.
