I am extremely grateful that my niece received her gift today but I am so disappointed to have been told by her mum that the delivery person either popped or let go of the balloon! She said he seemed extremely unfazed by what had happened but I am really upset! Children’s birthdays in lockdown are challenging enough and I really wanted this delivery to be extra special.
