Great service
This was the third order that I have purchased and I’m very dissatisfied with the product and the customer service. On the 17/09 I completed my order - the website asked what day I would like it delivered so I put the date of 24/09 ( which was a gift for my brothers 50th birthday as I could not celebrate it with him due to COVID ). Expecting the product to be delivered on that day as I had allowed plenty of time. On the 24/09 I received a tracking number and the ETA on this was the 28/09. It was delivered on the 25/09 one day later then expected. The product was not what I had paid for and paid an extra $8.00 to add 4 each Ferraro Rochers. Very disappointing as I have a photo to show what was sent to my brother and it’s like a 12 year old has packaged it.
