We ordered personalized cupcakes for a launch event, but the logos on them were already floppy when they arrived. The lack of a hard base caused the logos to appear uneven and unappealing. This was disappointing as it reflected poorly on our business, especially considering the premium price we paid compared to other cupcake vendors. When we reached out to their support, they offered a minimal $20 gift card, which we won't use since we don't plan on ordering from them again.

I sent cookies to my Dad for his 57th birthday, as we live in different states. He loved the photo attached inside, and despite my personalised message not being printed, he still loved the cookies and said the confetti was alot of fun (once he realised he wasn't having a stroke or losing his vision).
