We endeavour to pack our gifts as described, but due to shipping time and product availability, we may substitute products and items with substitutions of similar quality and value.

The delivery fee is fixed at $12.95 and we only deliver up to from 30km CBD or 5km from our store locations.
Additional delivery fee may apply to large catering orders.
Cut off for orders is the day before- Melbourne: 4pm AEST.
We DO NOT do same-day orders through the website. Please call the office to organise.
We aim to have deliveries completed by 3pm with a buffer of 5pm and depending on traffic (you get tracking from the courier- check junk folder).
We currently do not deliver on weekends.
If your destination is a Business, Hospital, School/Uni or Apartment, you must include as much info as possible in the shipping details on the next page. e.g. unit number, company name, level number, hospital name (bed & ward number), school & university (building name, level, depart. etc.)
If the recipient isn’t home and the driver can’t get into the secured building, a re-delivery fee may occur.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Police Stations, Universities, Airports & some Gov Bases.
A specific delivery time cannot be requested.
