When is Early Childhood Educators' Day 2026?

Early Childhood Educators' Day 2026 is on Wednesday 2 September. It's the first Wednesday of September every year, and this year's theme is The Future Starts With Us.

What should I send to thank my child's educator?

A single loaded brownie works well for one educator, and a box of cupcakes or cookies suits a room team of three or four. Add a personalised message at checkout and we'll send it through when the order is delivered.

What should I order for a whole centre?

We recommend ordering at least one treat per staff member, plus a few spare. Cupcakes and donuts come in bulk packs that scale from a small room team up to a whole service. If you're not sure on numbers, message us and we'll work it out with you.

Do we have to give it on the day?

No. Most centres run their morning tea whenever the roster allows, so order for whatever day suits. We'll deliver straight to the centre, or send it to you first if you'd rather hand it over yourself.

When should I place my order?

We recommend ordering and booking in your delivery as soon as possible. There are several occasions happening in September and we will most likely sell out.

Is priority delivery available?

Priority delivery is available for selected Melbourne metro suburbs. For everywhere else, we recommend having it delivered the day before you require them.

Do you deliver outside Melbourne?

Yes. We deliver same-day across Melbourne on orders placed by 1PM, next-day to Sydney and other metro areas, and within 1 to 3 business days to regional areas.

Can I add a logo, photo or message?

Yes, on our personalised range. Order the Personalised Cupcakes , Mini Cupcakes , Donuts or Cookies and upload your photo or logo at checkout, and we'll print it onto edible toppers. You can add up to three different images on the cupcakes and one on the bigger items. We recommend checking your uploaded file as we don't make changes to the files uploaded.

Is a card included with my order?

A free digital message is included with every box. We send it by SMS or email once your order is marked as delivered. You can also add a physical card at checkout for an additional cost.

Can I send to more than one centre?

Yes. Use the Send to Multiple Recipients feature on the product page or in your cart, and you can send to as many addresses as you need in a single order. If you run several centres and want a hand setting it up, get in touch and our team will help.

How much notice do you need for cookie orders?

We require 48 hours notice for sugar cookie orders, so factor that in when planning for Educators' Day. If you're ordering close to the date, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.

How long do the cookies keep?

Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. Keep them somewhere cool and dry away from direct sunlight, and avoid refrigerating for long periods as the edible toppers may become soggy.
