I was promised my order would be delivered on my friend’s birthday 10/3/23 and it is still in transit. I was told the reason was because of a public holiday on the 13/3/23. NSW didn’t have a public holiday and it says my order is somewhere in NSW. I’m less than impressed that my order has not been delivered and I’m wondering what the condition of the package will be when it does arrive. Very disappointed as I was very excited for my friend to receive this for her birthday.
