When payment lands. Card is instant. For EFT, your order page shows the pay-by date so the gifts still leave on time.
Yes. Invite them from your order page. They verify with a code and see the same page, invoice included.
Before payment, reply to your order email or call us and we'll update it and re-issue the invoice. After payment we can still change addresses and messages for gifts that haven't left.
