Disappointing!

I purchased the Butterfly Explosion with additional confetti, butterflies barely flew, confetti didn't do much either. Biggest waste of $60 I've spent on my grandchildren. I live near the Croydon South location but couldn't even collect from there.

It was like receiving a hug in the post. Only took a day to be posted from Melbourne to Bendigo looked incredible was a great birthday treat.

Great idea - average execution (and I'm waiting on a partial refund)

"Dog-mum" gift review. Box itself is quite nicely designed. The butterfly explosion didn't fly as high as some of the advertisement but still pretty cool. The biggest letdown was my four submitted personalised photos weren't included in the product on arrival and the rose explosion add-on I paid extra for was completely absent (partial refund requested). If this refund is honoured without issue, I will consider purchasing again on a future occasion.
