We endeavour to pack our gifts as described, but due to shipping time and product availability, we may substitute products and items with substitutions of similar quality and value.

Please note that we are currently not accepting any deliveries to hospitals due to COVID-19.

The delivery fee is $9.95 and we delivery to most metro Melbourne suburb. Check your postcode on our website to see if we deliver there. If your delivery address is not in our delivery region, contact us on our website or call us for options. Extra delivery fees may apply.
Cut off for orders is the day before- Melbourne: 4pm AEST.
We DO NOT do same-day orders through the website. Please call the office or chat to us online to organise.
We aim to have deliveries completed by 3pm with a buffer of 6pm and depending on traffic and the number of deliveries being made (you get tracking from the courier - check junk folder).
If your destination is a Business, School/Uni or Apartment, you must include as much info as possible in the shipping details on the next page. e.g. unit number, company name, level number), school & university (building name, level, depart. etc.)
If the recipient isn’t home and the driver can’t get into the secured building, a re-delivery fee may occur.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Police Stations, Universities, Airports & some Gov Bases.
A specific delivery time cannot be requested.
