Great taste. Poor presentation

I recieved my box of doughnuts and sweets in their box. They taste amazing, but when I opened the box I was shocked to find all the doughnuts, MnMs, choc balls and everything else in the box all squashed up in one corner and stuck together by the icing on the doughnuts. IM guessing this is not how it was meant to be. I spent 1/2 hour literally sperating each doughnut, MnM and anything else to put them away from each other, so they didnt stick back together and stay in a big clump. I had to trow 1/2 of the sweets out, because unless I ate them all straight away they were all too stuck together and melted. Something obviously happened where the box was tipped up, but it meant it came in a big mess. Apart from that, I was happy with the products.

Delivery for Melbourne metro is $9.99
Delivery for rest of Australia is $15
Cut off for orders is the day before - Melbourne: 7PM AEST.
We aim to have deliveries completed by 3pm with a buffer of 6pm and depending on traffic and the number of deliveries being made (you get tracking from the courier - check junk folder).
Cut-off for same day dispatch across Australia is 12PM
Delivery is the next business day for Australian metro cities, and 1-3 business days for regional cities if there are no courier delays.
If your delivery is time sensitive, we offer premium delivery before 1PM starting from $20. Chat to us to get a quote.
If your destination is a Business, School/Uni or Apartment, you must include as much info as possible in the shipping details on the next page. e.g. unit number, company name, level number), school & university (building name, level, depart. etc.)
If the recipient isn’t home and the driver can’t get into the secured building, a re-delivery fee may occur.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Police Stations, Universities, Airports & some Gov Bases.
A specific delivery time cannot be requested.
