You can select your delivery date at checkout. We delivery everyday except for Sunday for Melbourne metro and Monday-Friday for rest of Australia.
Delivery for Melbourne metro is $9.95
Delivery for rest of Australia is $15
Cut off for orders is the day before - Melbourne: 7PM AEST.
Same-day delivery is available between Monday-Friday before 2:30pm. We DO NOT do same-day orders through the website. Please call the office or chat to us online to organise.
We aim to have deliveries completed by 3pm with a buffer of 6pm and depending on traffic and the number of deliveries being made (you get tracking from the courier - check junk folder).
If your delivery is time sensitive, we offer premium delivery before 1PM starting from $20. Chat to us to get a quote.
If your destination is a Business, School/Uni or Apartment, you must include as much info as possible in the shipping details on the next page. e.g. unit number, company name, level number), school & university (building name, level, depart. etc.)
If the recipient isn’t home and the driver can’t get into the secured building, a re-delivery fee may occur.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Police Stations, Universities, Airports & some Gov Bases.
A specific delivery time cannot be requested.
