Ordering is easy! Once you have selected the box you would like, add it to your cart. You'll see all the add-on options available pop up in a window. 

Once you are ready to checkout, go to your cart and select your delivery method and dispatch date. You'll then be able to add a personalised message and enter your delivery details.

You should enter the name of the person receiving the order at checkout. Please leave us your mobile number and email address so we can send you tracking or contact you regarding your order.

We accept orders 3 months in advance - you can select your delivery and dispatch date at check out. 

Melbourne orders:

You have until 7pm to place an order for next day delivery. 

Rest of Australia:

Cut-off for same day dispatch is 12pm.

We process your order as soon as it is placed, so we cannot guarantee any changes. However, give us a call or email us at: to discuss. We need at least 48 hours notice for any changes. Please note that there may be an admin fee to re-route or make changes to your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We also offer Buy Now Pay Later options such as AfterPay and Zip.

Yep! We offer AfterPay, Zip, and Laybuy.

If your payment is rejected or declined at checkout, your bank may show a pending transaction - this does not mean the transaction has gone through. 

This usually clears itself up in a couple of business days but if it persists, we recommend checking with your bank to see if the transaction was processed. 

Yes! We are here to help you stay connected while we do our part to keep our community safe. There are currently no restrictions to our delivery operation and we are practising extra pre-cautions with contactless deliveries.

Melbourne orders: 

It is $9.99 but there are exceptions to some suburbs that are a bit more due to the distance of the delivery from our bakery. Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. 

Rest of Australia:

We can deliver to anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $15.

As we are based in Melbourne, we will bake, pack and deliver your order on the day you select at checkout. 

Rest of Australia:

We will dispatch your order on the day you select at checkout - this is not the arrival date. Please note that deliveries to metro suburbs are typically next business day and regional areas can take 1-3 business days. 

Rest assured that all the products in our national range are packed air tight and have longer shelf life than our Melbourne only products.

We're unable to promise or guarantee a delivery date as we use external couriers to fulfil our orders outside of Melbourne.

Melbourne orders:

We offer same day delivery from Monday-Friday if you order before 2PM. We do not do same day orders on the website. Please contact us on live chat so we can check our bakery to ensure your choice is available. 

Rest of Australia:

As we're based in Melbourne, we're not able to offer same day delivery outside of Melbourne metro but we do offer same day dispatch if you place your order on the website before 12pm. Please note that this option might not be available if we are sold out earlier. 


We deliver to most Melbourne metro suburbs. There are a few that are not included in our delivery area and will need to be delivered with one of our national product range. 

Rest of Australia: 

Our national product range is available to deliver nationwide, even regional towns. When you checkout, select 'Rest of Australia' delivery and select your date. 

Melbourne orders:

If the recipient isn’t at home, a few things will happen:

The courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to so. If there is no where safe to leave the box e.g. apartment concierge / reception not accepting deliveries, the box will be mark for return. Please note that not all boxes can be returned back to us as we work with external couriers and they charge a fee to return the box and therefore a remake or re-delivery fee may apply if you require a new delivery. 

Rest of Australia:

Your delivery will be left at a safe place if no one is able to sign for it. If there is no where safe to leave the delivery, your order will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. 

Yes, we do deliver to apartments and units. Please clearly note the unit number when placing the order. Please ensure that the recipient is home to accept the delivery. If the building is secured, and the driver cannot get in, then the box will be returned to us and there will be a redelivery fee plus 40% cost of the box charged.

As of currently we can still deliver to Police Stations. If our drivers do not have enough information to deliver your order, the package will be sent back to us and you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

Due to COVID-19, we are delivering to a selected number of hospitals. Please check with the hospital directly to see if they're currently accepting deliveries. We are unable to take responsibility if there are any issues with the delivery. 

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Yes! We deliver everyday including weekends for Melbourne metro deliveries.

For Rest of Australia deliveries, we dispatch orders Monday - Thursday and deliveries are done between Monday - Friday. 

We do not deliver on weekends for orders outside of Melbourne metro. 

Due to the number of orders being delivered, we cannot promise a delivery time. All orders are delivered between 8am - 6pm, with business addresses being completed during standard 9am - 5pm business hours.

Sure can! You will receive tracking details via email. Please check your junk folder as the email may go there.

Melbourne orders:

All orders are delivered on the date selected between 8am and 6pm. You will receive a live tracking link (just like UberEats) once the driver has picked up your order from us. During COVID-19 restrictions, please allow up to 2PM so that we can safely stagger out our driver pickups.

If you are delivering to a business address, this address will be prioritised to be delivered during business hours 9am - 5pm. 

Please note that delivery windows are wider on big occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas etc.. Workplaces should be delivered by 5pm and residential addresses delivered by 7pm. Note these times may be extended due to the volume sent on these occasions. Our drivers will do their best to deliver within these time frames but there may be situations beyond our control.

Rest of Australia

We dispatch all our orders from Melbourne and any orders going outside of Melbourne metro will be dispatched on the day you select at checkout - this is not the arrival date.

Deliveries to metro suburbs are typically overnight but can take 1-3 business days if there are any courier delays. 

We have a wide range of doughnuts, which range from cronuts, doughnuts, yeast-raised doughnuts and cake-based doughnuts.

Our dough is halal but some toppings such as Tim Tams are not halal. Please reach out to us on if you need further clarification.

YES. We use nuts in almost everything we do. We cannot guarantee that a product will not come in contact with nuts. Please contact us to discuss any food allergies or intolerances before making an order at

We recommend eating our products on the day you receive them.

Orders can be cancelled prior to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation of order incurs a $20.00 administrative fee regardless of box value. Money will be refunded less this fee. If cancellation notice is received at less than 48 hour notice - cancellation is void.
