I cannot thank you enough for the smile you put on my daughter’s face while she is currently in Melbourne which is 10,500 miles from her home in Scotland. The online service was second to none from the minute I placed my order, the numerous emails back and forward to get exactly what l wanted for my daughters birthday surprise to the
online customer support right up to and including the delivery - delivery attempt #1 which was to university accommodation and what I didn’t realise was that reception do not accept food deliveries for students and the courier was asked to leave the package outside in the rain. The kind and thoughtful courier refused to leave it outside and took it back to shop. Delivery #2 the following day was successful after I told my daughter about the attempted surprise delivery the previous day so she called the shop and it was dispatched that day after a second delivery payment was made. The pictures I received from my daughter were impressive from the size of the cookies and the thickness of each cookie was a real surprise. My daughter wished she could send me the smell from the them as she opened the box. - she said it was absolutely amazing! Excellent service, excellent quality and I cannot fault them in any way.

Definitely a ***** review from myself and my daughter and I highly recommend you try these yummy goodies for yourself.
